Marble colonnades rise beside sleek glass walls; olive trees shade tranquil loggias, and stately mosaics guide every footstep. Pedro—born in Valencia, Spain and now based in Dubai—is not only an expert real estate investor but also a seasoned business consultant and AI specialist. His multifaceted expertise ensures each project balances grand classical ambition with data-driven insights and cutting-edge technology, creating residences that are as forward-thinking as they are timeless.
Alejandra Magdalena, our Head of Decoration, infuses every interior with a poetic blend of historical reverence and contemporary restraint. Guided by her intuitive grasp of color, texture, and spatial harmony, she has rejected traditional fresco-style adornment in favor of minimalist compositions and solid-color palettes—allowing the purity of form, light, and material to evoke the soul of ancient Rome.
Complementing their leadership is a dedicated team of technical architects—experts and ardent lovers of Roman heritage—who ensure every vault, colonnade, and load-bearing wall reflects both classical proportions and modern performance standards.
